Terms and conditions

• All our rental vehicles are fully insured for third - parties. Medical cover is not provided for driver or passenger.
• The renter should drive according to the traffic law regulations and any police fines are paid by him / herself.
• Insurance covers only the driver whose name is on the contract.
• Damages at any part of the vehicle caused due to a violation of the European and Greek traffic law (e.g. driving while drunk or under the influence of drugs etc.) are not covered by any insurance.
• The rent of the vehicle is paid in advance and money cannot be returned.
• Customers wishing to drive their bike out of Lefkas island must have the advance authorization by SANTAS COMPANY.
• We provide helmets for every rider for safety. According to traffic law regulations, denying to carry helmet, the hirer is responsible.
• The renter pays for his own fuel and is obliged to return the vehicle at the same fuel condition, as he / she took it.
• Any damage which is caused by the renter is paid by him / herself, whatever the cost of the damage. Also, the corresponding amount of money for all the immobilized days of the vehicle.
• A 24 / hour road assistance is provided within Lefkas island territory.
• Any simple key loss costs 15 euro, and any immobilizer key costs 70 euro.
• The minimum rental period is 24 hours. In case of any delay in returning the vehicle, the customer will be charged extra.
• The lessor reserves the right to repossess vehicle at any time without notice, at the customer's expense, if the vehicle is used in violation of this rental agreement.
• Driving on the beaches is forbidden.
• If the customer wishes full insurance, may contact with our company, since it depends on the category of the vehicle.
• The terms and prices can change without notice.
